Terms of Service

IGNISVITA – Terms of Service
This document constitutes an agreement and understanding between IGNISVITA and [CUSTOMER] (hereinafter referred to as CUSTOMER).

LIABILITY
CUSTOMER understands that IGNISVITA requires Professional Liability Insurance Coverage for each of its subcontractors. Upon request, IGNISVITA will provide detailed policy information and verification of said coverage to CUSTOMER.

INDEMNITY
CUSTOMER agrees to indemnify and hold IGNISVITA harmless from any claim, loss, cost, expense, demand, or damage arising directly or indirectly from the use of its on-site services or activities related thereto.

NON-SOLICITATION
CUSTOMER agrees not to solicit employees, agents, subcontractors, or representatives of IGNISVITA for employment, contract, or any other arrangements outside the terms of this agreement.

PAYMENT
For the initial engagement, CUSTOMER agrees to provide a valid credit card to secure the booking and submit payment on or before the date of service.
For all subsequent engagements, CUSTOMER agrees to submit payment at the time of booking.
Payments may be made via debit or credit card.
Invoices exceeding $2,000.00 paid via credit card will incur a 4% credit card transaction fee.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund, excluding gratuity. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment are eligible for a 50% refund, excluding gratuity. Please note that gratuity is non-refundable in all cases.
Changes to events after the original confirmation may incur an additional change fee.
MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms of Service and the relationship between CUSTOMER and IGNISVITA shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Both CUSTOMER and IGNISVITA agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the State of Florida.
