Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund, excluding gratuity. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment are eligible for a 50% refund, excluding gratuity. Please note that gratuity is non-refundable in all cases. Also, any parking costs will be added to your final bill (Up to $25).
